Here are several documents and
pictures of the Master Plan for Mountain House. These have
been updated and are the most recent versions available (though
a new version may be published later this month). The picture
files are very large, but are scalable and look very good
when printed 8.5" X 11". The Master Plan Tables
provide information regarding home density, projected population
and job creation (per acre) and overall land use.

Master
Plan Table Revision 3.1
This table provides information regarding
land use. it includes the number of acres projected
for Very low density to High density and Senior Housing.
It also includes projected population figures and
job creation figures.

Plan Table Revision 3.2
This table provides land use information
by neighborhood. It shows the total acreage in the
project and the projected use based on density for
houses as well as commercial, industrial, open space,
schools and public use.

This figure shows more detail for Villages A, B,
C and D. Villages A and B, the only Village South
of Grant Line Rd, are also the only villages not
owned and planned by Trimark. Information about construction
or work on these areas is not available at this time.
